DISCOVERY CALL: COMPLIMENTARY 15 MINUTE PHONE CALL FROM ZONE BLUE. WE WILL CALL YOU AT YOUR DESIGNATED TIME.
INITIAL CONSULTATION: 90-MINUTE OFFICE DEEP-DIVE OFFICE VISIT AND BODY COMPOSITION SCAN. $400
FOLLOW UP VISITS: AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION, MEMBERS MAY CHOOSE IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL VISITS.
LEGION PERFORMANCE CLUB: Medical Consultation, Lab Review, Body Comp, and VO2 Max Testing. Coordinated through Legion. 120 minutes.
INFRARED SAUNA: Enjoy up to 60 minutes of warm relaxation, detoxification, and healing infrared light. $25 per session. Packages available.
BODY COMPOSITION SCAN AND METABOLIC INTERPRETATION: Gain important health insights with our quick and easy body composition scan. $25 per scan. Packages available.

What to Expect at Your Consultation
Your Functional Medicine Practitioner will take an extensive history, explore your health concerns, and perform a physical evaluation plus body composition scan. Your story will be heard in a supportive environment with ample time reserved just for you.
We will then provide specialized testing recommendations and begin to formulate a holistic health plan for you. You will be fully supported as we move forward in partnership toward best health.
